Business Area: Marketing, Sales and Client Services Location: Paris Duration: 6 months starting asap Description AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) is a multi-expert investment manager serving institutional investors, distributors and AXA Group insurance companies from offices in 21 countries. The ultimate goal of the Request For Proposals (RFP) team is to win new mandate and/or assets for AXA Investment Managers. Responding to RFPs and RFIs, preparing pitches and subsequently winning mandates is core to AXA IM's strategy and business goals. The aim is to deliver outstanding investment solutions to our clients to forge close relationships that enable us to fully appreciate our clients' investment needs, and to meet those needs with an exceptional level of service. Reporting to the RFP Manager, your main responsibilities will be the following: -Participating in answering Request for Proposals (RFP)s and Request for Information (RFI)s, for institutional and retail sales forces across Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East, -Working with all internal contributors, including sales teams, product specialists, portfolio managers, product management and financial engineering to support sales and marketing, -Working with the Knowledge Management and Corporate Information content editor, -Participating in completing Investment Consultants databases, -Contributing to internal projects. What sort of profile are we looking for? -Currently undertaking a degree with a specialisation in economics/finance/marketing. -Fuency in English/German/French or Italian is required. A good level of a second European language (particularly French/Italian/German/English) would be a plus. -Demonstrate proficiency with MS word, Excel, Powerpoint and other publishing tools. -Applicants should show motivation, attention to detail and interest in producing high quality written documents within tight deadlines. They should also be intellectually curious and rigorous in all aspects of their work. -In addition to international work experience, an intern will gather valuable skills in proposal and presentation preparation, competitive analysis, project management, written communication in English and a better understanding of capital markets.
