Description

You will give support to the facilities buyer to manage the portfolio “facilities, Human resources and marketing”.
 
Reporting to the General Expenses Sourcing Manager, your main responsibilities will be the following:
-Answering the internal client expectations
-Participating and elaborating the specifications and contracts
-Evaluating suppliers before the Request for proposals
-Participate and elaborating invitation to tender (RFP) and manage the follow up
-Managing the implementation and contracts following
-Evaluating products and services supplied with internal clients
-Creating an assessment of Request for proposal managed
-Using e-procurement tool: updating suppliers information’s and electronic catalogue in Ariba and manage e-rfp through the e-sourcing plateform.

What sort of profile are we looking for:
-Currently studying with a specialization in purchasing of supply chain
-Previous related experience is an asset
-Good level of English is required
-Natural curiosity for the company, its trades and products
-Communication skills
-Listening, analysis and synthesis capacity/skills
